Alison’s Horses
Devon Venture aka Orange

Devon Venture aka Orange, 15.3, hann x TB, is the most wonderful partner in my foundation journey. I bought him to sell on as he has good ears- ears that go straight forwards when he is scared! What I had not really understood was that he was a runaway, on the ground mainly, but what they do on the ground they do ridden- maybe I should have guessed as he took off with two of us when we were riding him to try him!!
Things improved slowly, to the point that he has now demonstrated around 10 times in front of Pat and Linda, Linda rode him in a demonstration and has also demonstrated at prestigious occasions such as Burghley, Gatcombe, Royal show, Windsor show, Royal Welsh, CLA game fair, Royal festival of the horse, to name but a few. At the Royal Festival of the Horse I was lucky enough to receive a public lead change lesson from Pat Parelli himself.
Now in his 20’s, he will never be sold, he still is a demonstration horse but being innately Right Brained also competes very successfully in Dressage also Show Jumping, Qualifying in 2011 for the summer regional championships.
Attyrory exchange aka Cookie

Aka, Cookie or Yellow, 15hh, is a Left Brain Extrovert by nature but spends a lot of time Right Brained Introvert. His passport says he is an Irish Sport Horse but is definitely a Connemara, maybe crossed with TB. He is a horse that you cannot assume that he is going to be OK today. Every day needs careful handling to help him. Today he is much more reliable but still has challenges.
He is a fantastic hacking horse, great impulsion also harrows the arena in harness, show jumps and has competed in affiliated dressage winning 6 (novice/ elementary) points on his first outing. His favourite savvy would probably be liberty.
Bought to be sold 3 years ago I could not sell him as he tries so hard to do what I ask, I cannot ask more of him than that. He is also known as Cookie cute stuff as everything is or does seems to be cute, under it all he really wants to be a stallion!
Nordic Borialius aka Boris
Aka Boris, born 2007, 16.2, first ridden 1/1/11 presently is at the beginning of his foundation. He is an Irish Sport Horse x Danish Warmblood. Innately Left Brained Extrovert. There is a lot of play in this horse, he certainly keep everyone entertained, exploring the world through his mouth and feet.
Following a solid foundation he will have experience as a demonstration horse. He has fantastic paces and in specialisation has potential as an eventer, because of his horseanility as well as his physique.
David’s Horses
Il Danubio aka Grey

Aka Grey innately Left Brained Extrovert, but relatively centred. 16.3hh. Han/PRE gelding, born in 2006 in Spain, his dam is a Parelli L4 Horse, his breeder a L4 student.
A good start in life! I met and started him in 09 and bought him 3 months later. The Grey Horse is pleasant, mostly laid-back and a pleasure to have around. His 5th time being ridden was in a demonstration.
He plays in all 4 savvies and helps with some youngsters and harrows the arena and is a pretty good lightweight logging horse.
Princessa aka Whity

Aka Whity, Lusitano mare, 15.1hh, Right Brain Introvert. She came as an 8yo in 2005, she is very cute but difficult mare that was nearly not rideable.
She is still not everybody’s horse but is much calmer and more self confident. She plays in all 4 savvies, logging and driving. She is also a good help when I need to play horseback with another horse.
She has done many demonstrations.
