Thanks for all your efforts.

Fantastic, these skills have helped me still enjoy my relationship with Pea and maintain his (and my!) manners throughout his 6months of lameness. Getting back to work and riding was totally stress free for both of us. Iโ€™m really grateful for what Iโ€™ve learned, and I was convinced to give it a try and have lessons by watching you and the sw team doing a demo.๐Ÿ˜€

My husband and I really enjoyed your demonstration on Thursday. Very informative and thought provoking. Many thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

Super L3 freestyle clinic this weekend, playing with carrot stick riding.

One subject was feeling the difference between pulling (bicep) and holding (tricep) and how it makes a huge difference to the attitude of the horse. The riders felt how their muscle memory wants to use their hands to pull, more than their legs to push.
This is why carrot stick riding is so incredibly good for us as riders as we learn to โ€˜pushโ€™ and ride the โ€˜outsideโ€™ of our horses.

Making small changes so we ride with our bodies first and not be too reliant on the reins. Well done everyone, fabulous weather and great progress.
Thanks for the photos Niki Hardwick

"There is something about this place where you can be immersed and surrounded by great horsemanship. Live it, breath it, watch it, feel it, getting away from usual distractions, and laughs, did I mention the laughing? I for one will be back many times."
